His deep understanding of the industry and his ability to work with and balance the interests of all stakeholders give him the ideal foundation for his transition into the Aerospace industry and the establishment of IER MRO Industries DWC LLC.

Larry arrived in the UAE some 35 years ago and has a wealth of knowledge working from the region in the Global arena with many multinational organisations and government authorities.

As a truly independent service provider at the time of unprecedented demand for Aero Engine maintenance, overhauling and repairing over the next 25 years, Larry has once again planted another important flag in the sand at the world’s largest airport and aviation development in Dubai at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub.

Ahmed is an accomplished industry professional and aviation entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience in the independent industrial and aero-derivative gas turbine sector. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic development in this highly technical and rapidly evolving industry.

As he transitions into the Aerospace and Aviation Engine MRO sector, Ahmed has taken on the role of Managing Director at IER MRO Industries. In this capacity, he is leading the company's strategic expansion into aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, leveraging his expertise in gas turbine technology, operational leadership, and business strategy to position the company for long-term success.

His vision is to establish IER MRO Industries as a leading player in the aerospace sector, delivering high-quality, reliable MRO services that meet the industry's evolving demands.

Nicolas Joseph

Finance Manager

Nicolas is a seasoned finance professional with 18 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, banking and strategic financial management across the MEIA region, with a proven track record in industries including Energy, Construction, Banking and Oil & Gas. As the Finance Manager at IER MRO Industries, he plays a key role in optimizing financial operations, ensuring compliance and driving business growth.

Combining financial expertise, astute commercial judgement, and operational rigour, Nicolas draws upon his experience as a former banker to deliver profound insights into financial planning, risk management, and capital optimisation. He has effectively led high-performing teams and collaborated across diverse business functions to uphold financial compliance, strengthen controls, and achieve organisational objectives.

With 30 years of administrative expertise, Tracey has supported high-level operations across global corporations both in the UAE and in the UK.

Tracey has provided high-level office management administrative support to industry sectors including private security and defence services, financial services, and independent gas turbine services.

With a deep understanding of UAE business culture, etiquette, and operational practices, Tracey is committed to the success of IER MRO Industries by providing and managing administrative and office support to the CEO and the Management Team while also fulfilling her responsibilities as the company's Data Protection Officer.
